Tree Trailers

When you are out walking in the countryside, do you stop to admire some of the trees? Do you wonder what species they are, why they are growing in that place?

A Tree Trail is a map of a walk that goes past interesting trees and provides some facts about them. Our Tree Trailers have begun designing tree walks in and around Batheaston. The maps will be made available on this website for anyone to use online or to download and print.

Our first trail is a family friendly circular walk by the riverside. We have selected some significant trees along the route and are researching and photographing them. We will shortly begin designing the map.

The Tree Trailers use WhatsApp to keep in touch with progress and to plan our get-togethers.
