The inspiration of “summer splash” event
The water event is inspired by songkarn Festival which is a traditional Thai New Year Festival from Thailand to celebrate and embrace good will, love, compassion and thankfulness, using water a the means of expression. It encompasses three major values which are family, society and religion. It is an annual festival on the hottest month of the year in Thailand on the 13th, 14th and 15th of April.
Combination of Indian Holi Festival
The hindu Festival of colours. it marks the beginning of spring after a long winter, symbolic of the triumph of good over evil. It is celebrated in March. Each colour carries a meaning: Red symbolises love and fertility while green stands for new beginnings. In the end families gather together for festive meals.
