The 2024 Batheaston Art Trail was held over a damp weekend in September but that didn’t deter the hundreds of visitors. Fourty-one artists exhibited across fourteen venues in the village. They showed a variety of mediums including Fine Art, Prints, Sculpture, Mixed Media, Textiles, Jewellery and Ceramics.
St John the Baptist Church hosted a ‘pop up’ cafe as well as displaying work from local artists.
The Youth Club building (next to Batheaston Village Hall) was a central point for information, art related youth activities and simple refreshments.
Thanks to support from the Co-op Local Community fund, we ran Workshops suitable for all ages.

Susi is a printmaker, inspired by nature and the rhythm of the growing year: planting seeds, tending, harvesting. Work emerges - drawings, painting with natural pigments, making botanical dyes, lino cut printing on paper, on cloth and with embroidery.
